Community groups can now access libraries in Comrie, Auchterarder and Alyth outside regular opening hours for meetings.
Community Use of Libraries after hours
To use a library for a meeting, interested community groups should visit during regular opening hours to complete a short registration form. Library staff will be happy to guide you through the process and explain the operational procedures. Please check the opening times on our website using the links provided below before planning your visit.
Once registered, each group will need to complete a booking form for the meeting or meetings they wish to hold. Groups must also have appropriate insurance in place before a meeting can take place. Insurance can be purchased online in just a few minutes for a small fee. FAQs about insurance can be collected from any participating library or downloaded online here.
