Library Development & Engagement Co-ordinator

This is a permanent position working 36 hours per week.

We have an exciting new role for a professional librarian to support the development of Library Services across the region and lead on engagement with the communities they serve. The post will suit someone with experience of working in a public library setting, supporting reader development activity and working collaboratively with communities to deliver projects which meet their needs and interests.
Based in Perth, this role will require travel on a regular basis across Perth and Kinross to support all our library venues, and some evening working will be required to support the delivery of events. Libraries in the region are closed on a Monday, so the working pattern will be 36 hours from Tuesday to Saturday.

Part-time Venues Cleaning Assistant
£25,640 per annum pro rata (£13.66 per hour)
This is a permanent position working 10 hours per week.
Culture Perth and Kinross are looking for a reliable Cleaning Assistant with close attention to detail to clean Perth Art Gallery and, on occasion, other Culture Perth & Kinross venues within Perth City.
Duties include cleaning toilets, floors and desks in offices, staff rooms and other areas. This will involve using a mechanical buffing machine, disposing of any waste, emptying bins and ensuring materials are recycled appropriately.
Some previous cleaning experience in an office, public attraction or commercial environment is required.
Working hours are 07:00 – 09:00 Thursday to Monday.

Following the successful completion and opening of Perth Museum, we have a refreshed strategy to nurture and grow its individual giving and corporate partnerships. This new role will be supported by the Chief Executive and a senior consultant experienced in fundraising. This would suit someone with cultural fundraising experience who is interested in shaping and growing a programme with the full support of the senior leadership team and Board.
