Community Libraries can offer warm spaces with access to books, digital technologies, friendly staff, comfy chairs, colouring in for all ages, jigsaws and free heat packs.
Warm Spaces
This winter, libraries across Perth and Kinross will provide a warm welcome to all their customers by offering various services. These will include warm refreshments, comfortable seating to relax, blankets, hot water bottles, and warm clothing. Each library has a slightly different offer depending on the local community so please contact your local library for more details.
