Please note that the library in Coupar Angus Town Hall is now closed. However, a new community library is now open at the Strathmore Community Hub on Trades Lane. The library will be open every Tuesday from 10 am to 12 pm, every Thursday from 3 pm to 5 pm, and every Saturday from 10 am to 12 pm. Culture Perth and Kinross Library members can still access a Click, Collect service, and reserve books online through the library catalogue at the Hub or from home. To request books, go online here. Additionally, a Culture Perth and Kinross mobile library van will be available in Coupar Angus every third Tuesday (*see Mobile Two – Week Two Stops).
