Alyth based author, Louise Ramsay, will talk about her debut novel, Landed: Family and Other Wildlife on a West Highland Estate. Set in a fictional, crumbling castle and estate in Argyll, the novel follows widowed Iona and her adult children as they hatch a desperate, high‑risk — and often hilarious — plan to save their family heritage.
Louise will also talk about the renowned rewilding project at Banff Estate in Alyth, alongside the estate’s ecotourism business.
Tickets are £3 and available from Alyth Library.
This talk is supported by the Friends of Alyth Library and will take place in Airlie Street Hall, Alyth, PH11 8AH on Monday 1 June.
