Libraries play a vital role in our communities. As a keen advocate of libraries, Scottish writer and traditional storyteller Jess Smith will give a talk at Auchterarder Library on the importance of storytelling and the written word.

Over the years, Jess has raised awareness of the travelling community from her own childhood experiences using the power of story and place. She will recount some of these stories and share some tales from her most recent book, ‘Button Bog’.
