Book Week Scotland: Family Fun with Eilidh Muldoon

2nd December 2017 Strathearn Community Library

Primary age children and their families are invited to Strathearn Community Library for a book colouring event with illustrator/designer Eilidh Muldoon.

This FREE Book Week Scotland event is sure to be fun as no one is ever too old to colour in. Eilidh sees the power of combining story-telling with physical interaction.

She is passionate about illustrating picture books and enjoys creating narrative character-based illustrations such as those in the children’s picture book Never Bite a Tiger on the nose. Booking in advance is advisable.

Scottish Book Trust encouraged the people of Scotland to share their stories of life and food for their Book Week Scotland 2017 writing campaign, Nourish. From the hundreds of stories received, they pulled out their favourites. Together with tales from well-known writers such as Mary Contini, Liz Niven and Dave Myers, the selected stories can be accessed below.
